I think you mean nearest hundredth of a MILE, John. 1/10th mile is 528 ft and 1/100th of a mile is 52.8 ft so these MP locations are 0 to 52 ft from the actual location. Where I worked (Sheridan) it appeared that the designation was the lowest 1/100th of a mile. Additional decimal places were just dropped. For instance if the east end of the bridge or whatever was at MP 705.238 its location would be specified as 705.23 not rounded up to 705.24 AK ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
