Duncan,

Conway was on the Creston Branch of the B&MR. It Ran from Creston to Hopkins,MO where it connected to the Kansas City, St. Joseph, and Council Bluff.
It was organized in 1871 and the line was completed in 1872. It was operated by the B&MR, and in 1872 was leased to the B&MR. In 1901 It was deeded to the CB&Q.

Can anyone give me a bare bones history of the line that went through Conway, Iowa?
Was it a branch out of Creston?
If so where did it go?
It seems to have been built about 1871.
