Bill, This is a northbound special in Aurora coming down off the C&I on the NIFA branch. The grade crossing is Rathbone Avenue. The photo before it shows the train at the old Barber-Greene headquarters a few blocks father north. I've forgotten what the special was about but I'll bet Steve Holding knows....
