Just giving some thought to painting my brass TR-2 and I pulled out the Microscale decal sets for the switchers. It seems to me that the gray for the nose/side stripes is awfully dark. I looked at the one color picture of the TR-2 that I have and it looks like the grey in the stripes matches the gray on the hood. In this photo (well-lit) the gray seems a lot lighter then the gray used for the Microscale decal stripes. Anyone who has painted a Q switcher have any comments to make? Did Champ make the switcher nose/side stripes and are they any lighter?
