I've done some enhancement with the zoom.  Unfortunately there is a lot of grain and artifacts with their scans, so the quality is rather poor.

There was a Brewery served by the Q the name of which escapes me at the moment.  It was near 22nd St and the building is a designated architectural landmark. I think they made soda after prohibition.
The location looks to be about right
