I think the name was something like Schoenhoff,. Also recall Smitty talking about switching it back in the day,when he was making out the House 9 list one afternoon while we're sitting around main office in Cicero

He said there were  unlimited thirst quenchers available while switching. Seem to recall something about a hose with a valve on it

There was a Brewery served by the Q the name of which escapes me at the moment.  It was near 22nd St and the building is a designated architectural landmark. I think they made soda after prohibition.

The location looks to be about right
