A little closer to home for me, but not a CB&Q bridge, but the Hastings, MN bridge for the Milwaukee Road wears the same rust color, as does the BNSF bridge (former Q) down in Prescott, Wisconsin also wears the same "rust". Possibly built using the same type of steel.
