Group, I am selling some brass items for a gentleman in North Platte. I am listing a description of them as best I can. If you are interested contact me offlist at the address listed later in this e-mail. All items will be sold at the price asked plus the actual postage to send them, insurance can also be provided but must be paid. Will accept checks or money orders. If personal check is used will not ship the item until the check clears. Item will be sold on a first come first served basis. If there are questions contact me at the e-mail address listed.
Item 1: Nickel Plate Products Class K-2 4-6-0 steam engine painted and lettered #918. Paint is in good condition and it has the original box with original foam. This engine has a bind in it and doesn’t run properly (gallops). There may be a bind in the siderods or it might have a driver out of quarter. My eyes don’t let me work on stuff this small anymore so am not sure which is the problem. Price $160
Item 2: United Scale Models Sierra Railroad 2-6-6-2 painted CB&Q #4100. This is an old engine that the owner ran all the time. The paint is fair and the engine and tender have dirty wheels and show wheel wear. The engine doesn’t run. It probably would but will need a good cleaning. Would probably need disassembled to clean. Has the original box with the original packing (not foam). Price $35
Item 3: Overland Models Class O-4 2-8-2 steam engine painted and lettered #5500. Appearance is like new, runs good, Original box and original foam. Price $200
Item 4: Overland Models Class B-1A 4-8-2 steam engine. Brass finish slightly darkened, runs good, original box and original foam. Price $200
Item 5: Nickel Plate Products Class S-4A 4-6-4, Brass finish in great shape, runs good but tender bolster or tender connection needs cleaned as it is jerky when running with the tender, runs smooth with power connected directly to the engine. Original foam and original box. Price $200
Item 6: NJ International, inc Class O-5B 4-8-4, Brass finish in great shape, runs good, Original box and foam. Price $200
Item 7: LMB Waycar, Slight tarnish, excellent condition, 4 window waycar, original box with original padding, older model with truss rods and end windows. Price $35
Item 8: Overland Models side dump car, Painted black with white cb&q reporting marks (number is incorrect), Paint is in good condition, original box and foam. Price $40
