[CBQ] Ballast Color

Previously issued prototype historical material is frequently unavailable to those of us who came to the CB&Q after their initial release, and the BRHS has not shown interest in reissuing these materials in print or digital format, despite my offer to scan them to pdf at no cost to the society. I have been unable to obtain a list of previously issued materials, so I don’t even know what I’m missing! Until there is significant demand for these materials, and until the board authorizes reproduction of the materials in digital format, I don’t expect them to ever become available except at estate sales.
