I don't suppose you have a photo that might show some portion of the viaduct?
Or maybe at least some idea of how tall it was. I'm modeling the 60's if that
makes a difference.
Honestly I was pretty sure it was for drainage until I saw this aerial.

Stare at it long enough and it looks like roads connecting to one another.
Couple that with the fact that the viaduct is at least 6-7' tall, and I started
wondering.
Any specifics you might have would be most helpful.
