Hi Harold thanks for the response.  I've spent quite a bit of time on the LOC 
site (the stuff on Dubuque is awesome) but I don't ever recall coming across 
the bridge in question. I'll certainly look again.  

Considering it was RR property and was only around for about 40 years I'm not 
expecting much.  I guess I'm just hoping someone remembers this area and can 
fill in this last piece of the puzzle.
