Rick, Overland Models used to make a brass 3-pane all weather cab windows years ago, but they have all pretty much sold out from the hobby shops anymore. MLE Scale Models offers a finely detailed 3-pane all weather cab window now. It is an etched stainless steel detail part. Their stock number #H-04. If I remember correctly, you can only purchase these from a dealer, and the only dealer they have set up is in California. http://www.mlescalemodels.com/ You can email them at: mlescalemodels@sbcglobal.net I purchased several and since the Overland Parts are long gone, this seems to be the only alternative to scratch building one on your own.
