Overland Models used to make a brass 3-pane all weather cab windows years ago, 
but they have all pretty much sold out from the hobby shops anymore. 

MLE Scale Models offers a finely detailed 3-pane all weather cab window now. It 
is an etched stainless steel detail part. Their stock number #H-04. If I 
remember correctly, you can only purchase these from a dealer, and the only 
dealer they have set up is in California.

I purchased several and since the Overland Parts are long gone, this seems to 
be the only alternative to scratch building one on your own.
