We will be including a hard hat and safety glasses within the registration cost that you will be able to keep at the conclusion of the Meet.  If you have your own, that is fine too.

Bryan,

The website information for this meet says that "Hard hats will be
needed for potential tours". That would seem to imply that we will need
to bring our own hard hat if we plan to go on these tours. Is that
correct?

Plans for the Fall Meet continue to come along. I have received word
that a tour of a BNSF facility will occur. Space will be limited on the
tours, so when registration opens, don't delay in sending in your
registration forms. The current thinking is that there will be 3
different options for Friday with 1 of the tours visiting a BNSF
facility and 2 of the tours visiting the Minnesota Commercial facility.
A third tour may consist of railfanning stops and a visit to a large
hobby shop. These are only some of the potential stops on the tours.
Plans will be finalized in the coming weeks with registration opening in
July. A preliminary information sheet can be found on the Meetings page
of the BRHS website.
