While not simply an F3A-F7B consist, these photo references will help to show
some interesting consist mixes of F-units on freight trains on the Q in the mid
to late 1960's:

F3A-F3B 6/26/1965 Web photo at Aurora, IL
F3A-F3B 10/11/1965 Web photo at Eola, IL
F7A-F7B-GP30 8/12/1966 Spoor CB&Q Vol. 2 p. 40
GP20-F7A 9/1967 Holck Burlington Vol. 2 p. 66
F7A-F7B-GP20-F3A 5/30/1968 Spoor CB&Q Vol. 4 p. 79
F3A-GP7 1/1968 Spoor CB&Q Vol. 4 p. 95 (Mail Extra)
F3A-F3B-GP20 11/1968 Spoor CB&Q Vol. 4 p. 103
U25B-F3B-F3A BB 16 p. 37

I am sure there are other photos of intriguing F-Unit consists, but these are a
few I had noted in my "interesting Q Consists" spreadsheet. Even though the
pure A-B consists noted above were F3A-F3B lashups, I have to believe if you
want to run an F3A-F7B as a consist on a model railroad, for example, you can
rest assured you are definitely within prototypical bounds.
