[CBQ] CB&Q O5 project info.

Hi all,

I want to apologize in getting so much hope built up over our O5
project. 

The project is all still up in the air and it will be some time before we will 
know more, but we'll keep everyone updated once we get the 501(C)(3) filed and 
approved by the Government and the project moves to a more favorable position. 
That could take a year we're told. I really just wanted to know how folks felt 
about us restoring an O5..I had no intentions of getting everyone's hopes up. 
We have a long way to go on this, but we will give it our best and the CB&Q 
group will be among the first to know.
