John, You can fight this w/o an attorney if you are up to doing a little research.Check your local library and see if they have a legal/law section.If they do it should have all the statures and documents needed to file and prosecute/sue the offending party.People like this should not go unpunished,they make it hard for those of us who are builders,or,trying to get back into building for others.Like I said it can be done,but,it will take some leg work on your part,I have had to do this myself with a couple of firms (not w/modeling).Good luck which ever way you go about this.Mark McCoy
