The next installment is Dave Hank's video that he produced a few years back.  
Unfortunately, he is no longer with us, and this video was uploaded with the 
permission of one of the cameramen, John Bender.

If you have old video, in whatever format, that you would like to see captured 
for all posterity, please let me know.  I'd like to start a collection of stuff 
that is on home video or whatever, and make sure it gets transferred into a 
format that preserves it as well as allows everyone to see it.  I know Dave had 
several other videos that he produced, if someone has any copies of these, 
please let me know.
