Bill,
West Quincy depot was removed after the flood of 1993, structure was stable but
BN wanted to no permenant buildings in flood plain. Depot, yard office and
diesel shop all torn down and replaced with a modular building that could be
pulled out if flooding threatened. BNSF built a new yard office building two
years ago and replaced the modular building.
