I have done this work on my own GP7, both a P2K GP& Blackbird and Atlas GP7
Redbird. I can send you pics of them if you'd like and we can then discuss
what you want done and cost.

Subject: [CBQ] Someone to do model custom detailing
Soon I am going to purchase an HO scale Atlas GP7 , the one with the proper
shade of gray. These come up for sale occasionally on eBay. I need to find
someone who can do custom detailing: adding (1) a fan cover, (2)
firecracker antenna, (3) engine heater, (4) appropriate steam generator
detail on the roof of the short end, (5) the proper Mars light and separate
dual headlights on both ends with constant directional lighting. This will
entail acquiring the appropriate parts and some painting. Of course, I am
willing to pay reasonable fees.
Have I forgotten anything here?
Will someone on this list please tell me who they would unhesitatingly
recommend to do this work in a reasonable amount of time. Please contact me
off list with this information. There used to be a fellow in Independence,
Missouri who did this kind of work beautifully. But I have been out of
contact with him for about 15 years and have lost his name and address.
Of course, if there is anyone on this list who can and will do this kind of
