Bob, That is a good question and why I asked if Reminisce Rails still exists. Since I already have paid for a VHS copy and if a DVD does not exist for sale, then creating a DVD from a VHS for personal use should be allowed. There is a good repair shop around here that should be able to extract the tape, but VHS is darn near dead and I would like to be able to view this program in the future.
