Hi Bob,
Yes, this is a new DVD of George Niles films done by C Vision Productions.
If you were at the Des Moines Spring Meet back in 1995, George's films were
on the program. These are excellent films and I recommend the DVD.
It just so happens that Q Connection will have 5 copies of the DVD for sale
at the Spring Meet in Batavia.

Bob,
That sounds like a video I've seen on RFD TV. I believe it was from Herron
Rail and the title may have been called the "Grainger Lines". I checked the
Herron website and didn't find that title so it may be called something
different. It was an OK video although I don't recall a lot of "Q" footage,
however RFD often edits to fit the TV schedule.

There is what's billed as a new DVD called "Corn Belt Railroads of the
1950s" listed in the summer 2011 Historic Rails catalog. Footage of the Q at
Grand Crossing in LaCrosse is listed. The Rock, the Milwaukee Road and the
CGW are also included.
Before I plunk down $30 for what may be five seconds of the Q, has anyone
seen this tape (maybe Charlie in his other job at the hobby shop?)
