I see the blueprint plan of the site but don't see a map with the reference to 
Fairview as East Grove.  What page is it on?

  99% of it is technical stuff, but of casual interest is a photo near 
  the very front of Maple Ave in 1917 (I think that it is looking east) 
  and a map at the rear where the Fairview Ave stop is referred to as
