Nelson, The question was heavyweight Baggage cars. The answer is no. Rich G. -----Original Message----- From: Nelson Moyer <ku0a@mchsi.com> To: CBQ@yahoogroups.com Sent: Wed, Mar 9, 2011 9:36 am Subject: [CBQ] Silver Heavyweights A few days ago there was a thread about whether or not any heavyweights were painted silver for Zephyr service. The given answer was no. While browsing through Spoor's CB&Q Color Guide to Freight and Passenger Equipment this morning, I found several silver heavyweights used in Zephyr service, most notably Clover Veldt, Zephyr Tower, Happy Hollow Club, and Wadena. There were also some rebuilt coaches and diners in silver paint, but there was no indication that these were used in Zephyr service. Only Silver Veldt was shown with the shadow line paint scheme.
