The former CB&Q depot from Roca, NE had stood at the Nebraska State Fair 
Grounds in Lincoln, NE for many years.  Due to the movement of the State Fair 
to Grand Island, NE and closure of the old Fair Grounds the depot was in 
jeopardy.  The Lincoln Area Model Railroad Club managed to get the depot moved 
out to the Lancaster Event Center at 84th and Havelock on the east edge of 
Lincoln. The depot will be the centerpiece of the club's museum activities.  I 
just thought that CB&Q fans would appreciate knowing that an original depot was 
rescued.
