I can also add a slide of a WWIB scale car on Q trackage in Neb, apparently checking scales at elevators (Western Weighing & Inspection Bureau) Gerald To: cbq@yahoogroups.com From: qutlx1@aol.com Date: Sun, 10 Oct 2010 18:08:44 -0400 Subject: [CBQ] Grain Rush (was empty cars) Gerald, Not a bad idea. I'm trying to learn more about what happened once the grain arrived at the "grain inspection tracks" at the various major terminals. This where a large majority of the grain was billed from the country elevators. I have a tentative get together w/a retired manager from Bunge in early Nov. Hopefully I can learn more about what happened to the grain next. Does anybody have knowledge of what happened to the grain once in the larger RR terminals ?
