Surely jessens northern Colorado book covers this really extensively. It's centenary year next year for the Cheyenne portion. We are working on ideas to celebrate this in style! I am working on a history of the C&S between Denver and Cheyenne in the steam era (through 1960), including the branches to Golden, Greeley, Lafayette, Ingleside/Rex, Black Hollow, Waverly, Arkins, and Stout, the West Side Line (at least as far south as Zang's brewery), the Jersey Cut-off. I am in regular contact with Hol Wagner, and a frequent pilgrim to the Colorado RR Museum (as well as all the local museums and libraries in the area). I welcome input, plans, maps, photos, documents, newspaper stories, information, leads, etc. from anyone. Not just of the RR itself, but also the industries it served -- the mines, mills, sugar plants, beet dumps, lumber yards, oil dealers, canneries, pickle salting stations, milk condenseries, ice houses, etc., etc. Richard Townsend Lincoln City, Oregon [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
