ON the DRGW group Lou_DiGrazia posted (message 65250) a link to some 70's pictures: http://www.railpixs .com/drg/ drg.html (DRGW pictures) http://www.railpixs.com/bn/CBQyard3_Denver_Nov76a.jpg (actual Picture) If you go to the "Home" tab at the end of the DRGW pics you can see the railroads they have pictures of, I choose BN and there was a picture entitled "CBQyard3 Denver76A" In the foreground some me are working on a 70 Ton Offset Hopper which appears to have sugar beet as a load. I enlarged the picture as much as possible and it looks like a Bessemer and Lake Eric car. Although it is the BN era, did CS or CBQ rent cars of this nature for the sugar beet rush?
