the car is not from PZ set

"Effie Dean" (a name never applied by the Q, but just recently by
owner Mr. Lorenzini) is, in fact, Car 500 which was built to expand
the PZ to four cars, was installed in 9900's consist in May 1938, and
was part of that train until 1958-1959, when PZ was reduced again to
its original 3 cars shortly before her retirement.

Car 500 was never part of MTZ's in-service consist. MTZ was
purpose-built as a 4-car train. Mr. Lorenzini bought Car 500 with
the intent of expanding MTZ to 5 cars as a dinner/party train.

I have layout drawings of all the first-generation Zephyrs on my
website at http://www.prototrains.com/
