for the following areas they requested.
Typical of such 'railroad industry books', the authoring RR indicates whether
the industry is "on-line" (A), reached on another RR's line via reciprocal
switching or a "terminal" railroad (B), served by a Team Track (C) or at a
non-agency station where in effect the siding is a 'Team Track' & freight is
pre-paid (D). I will list what it is the company did when the name does not
indicate such (i.e. Dubuque Star Brewery is a brewery!)

Exists but only on ex-Milw), Adams Co. (machinery - STILL Exists but relocated
post-BN), Even, Peter & Son (retail coal), Dbq Boat & Boiler Works (former
bldgs now part of River Museum - toured at BRHS meet 4 yrs ago), Conlin &
Kearns (ice), Dubuque Star Brewery (now a museum, restaurant, winery &
microbrewery).
B-40 some businesses, too many to list, most were on Milw or IC.

own fleet of leased reefers & used wagons/trucks to take beer a few blocks to
