[CBQ] burlington bridge

after 10:00or maybe its 11:00 you can acess the morning hawkeye newspaper for 
an article on the bridge construction.by september the look of the current 
bridge will be change for ever as they put in  a temproy span on the east side 
of the current draw span to help with putting in the new lift span.also the 
article says the other six or seven spans to the illinios shore will be 
repalaced one at a tome being on brages down stream of the current bridge and 
floated in to place
