The CBQ had trackage rights on the NP between Laurel (where the line 
from Casper junctioned) through Billings MT to Huntley MT (where the 
line from Gillette junctioned).  The GN had trackage rights on the NP 
main from Mossmain to Billings.  As far as I know the GN didn't have 
trackage rights between Mossmain and Laurel, though it would have made 
sense if they had.
