Western Ill use to have many on farms. Cheap buildings like todays containers There was one farm west of Berwick that had four of them sitting about two car widths apart with a roof over and with the doors shut looked like an old corn crib except with solid walls. Over east of Galesburg there use to be a couple stock cars built the same way. Often if you can get inside?? you can still see the numbers. Love the back roads Steve ________________________________ From: Gerald & Virginia Edgar <vje68@hotmail.com> To: cbq@yahoogroups.com Sent: Thu, February 25, 2010 2:27:03 PM Subject: RE: [CBQ] XM21, 22, 23 Photos Sought Many were in MoW service to BN time (and as an earlier poster remarked, they can still be found on the ground be used for storage - something few modelers depict for any prototype) Gerald ____________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _ Your E-mail and More On-the-Go.
