Maybe one of this will work.
One is in GIFF and the other is TIFF.
Print one out as a single page then print it as a poster ( 3x3 or 4x4 ) to work
with.

I did receive a scale drawing of the tower off list from another member though.
From a quick glance it appears to be lacking dimensionally, but it does include
the track spacing dimesions, so I should be able to scale the rest of the
drawing off of them.
