List, 5 former CB&Q units were added to the In-Use Roster page on the BRHS website. An SD24 and 4 GP20s were discovered over the past few days. The CBQ to BN merger day roster was also updated to reflect that 9942A and 9943A were repainted into the BN scheme to power the first AZ/NCL/EB on merger day. I will be uploading an updated copy of the passenger car spreadsheet over the next few days as well. I'm down to about 20 cars that are still unaccounted for, mostly former Amtrak cars. Speaking of Amtrak, if anyone didn't hear, former Q dining car Silver Diner was heavily damaged on January 12th while running on the Silver Star near Boulogne, FL. Apparently a door fell off a boxcar of a passing CSX train and skipped along the top of the Silver Star before catching a vent on the diner and ripping off 20 feet of the cars roof. I haven't heard if this car will be retired or repaired. Thanks! Bryan J.
