Great find!  Perhaps you would like to contact Mr. Flynn & see if it could be 
worked into an article for us to publish?  We have so much resource material in 
print (or easily found in used book markets) on the 1877 strike but very little 
on this one.

I just found a listing of material a James R. Flynn used in a PHD 
dissertation on the 1922 Shopmens strike in Aurora. There are 8 
conainers filling 3.75 feet of shelf space. There are interviews, maps, 
photos and more.
