[CBQ] Frt cars moving on their own

Go way back in the archives of this list and find mine on cleaning coaches  
at Aurora depot and how quietly the DD moved around the yard.
If the jointed rail was level and it was a night switching operation you  
had better be alert and look both ways before going across any track  
anywhere.
 
Once cars got lose it was amazing how far and fast they would travel.  
That's why there were so many rules about handbrakes being secured.
 
Again check in the archives of this list about the flats that got lose in  
the west yard at Eola and ended west of the bumping post at the Aurora Metra 
 station resting on the driveway into the parking lot.
