[CBQ] New CB&Q Roster on BRHS Website

Hi Folks,

The CB&Q merger day roster that I have been working on is now on the BRHS 
website.  I've included the paint scheme that each unit was wearing at the time 
of the merger, aside from about 6 GP/SD units that are still unaccounted for.  
For the switchers, since all wore some variant of the Blackbird scheme, I opted 
to include the lettering that the unit wore, but this is still a work in 
progress.  At the very bottom of the list are links to examples of the paint 
schemes and a list of abbreviations.  Additions and corrections to the roster 
are always welcome.
