Mike, you are correct ~ ie. Morning Zepyhr at East Dubuque.  The photo to which 
Dave refers is one of series of shots taken by John Vachon on the E. Dbq 
platform in April 1940, one of which includes a Burlington Trailways bus in the 
background.  Many of Vachon's photographs are archived/available through the 
Library of Congress.
