On the other hand there is still an Operator at Lincoln. On the
former CB&Q there are now two Operators on the entire Railroad,
Lincoln and Galesburg. They both handle signal and power switch
yards. Last I heard neither wanted to loose those two locations
from the Dispatcher's via Fort Worth. I even heard that with enough
retires at Lincoln that they had to hire a new employee or two.

That is sure sticking with the past.
