While I can understand it. The U30C's were junk and the
C&S were the oldest of the bunch. There is no reason to
keep stuff that seldom pulls trains. That is the whole
idea of Transportation, pull trains and make them working.
The U23C's were even worse.

"Heritage?" I have never, ever, heard a Heritage pulled a
train any better. That is why they have Railroads.
