Glen,
Know nothing about Jacksonville. Concord now has two mileposts.
Concord is at LS 13 and at MP 0.00
Concord is also at LS 12 and at MP 102.07
They make it easier by calling Concord at both MP 0.0 and MP 102.1
Next would be MP 103X and continues North.
Jacksonville is at MP 11.0 and crosses the NS at MP 10.2
