I would like to extend an invitation to all to join a new Yahoo group. The
Savanna Historical Society has provided our group with a generous space and
materials to construct a 1000 sqaure foot H.O. scale model railroad depicting
the Savanna Illinois area including both the Milwaukee Road and CB&Q railroads
in the late steam to early diesel transition era. We have been charged with the
responsibility to design and build a museum quality layout.

This new Yahoo group will serve as our groups newsletter and to announce public
events. We will keep all who are interested up to date on the layouts
construction and progress. If you would like to join this group go to the Yahoo
