Hi Phil,

BRHS BOD member Jim Singer has been working with Nick Kallas on the
arrangements for the fall meet.  We are planning on heading out to Union
from Rockford and arriving shortly after lunch and we will be there until
close.  Plans are to have an evening dinner on board one, or possibly two
trains, depending upon several factors.  Nick should be the person to
contact at IRM.

could someone from BRHS answer what the plans are and who they are
communicating with at IRM?
there are several depts that would very much like plan for it, especially
since it is Showcase weekend as well.
