I showed that there were three numbers to make it
easier. There are only three numbers. Your are
correct that there are 9 "cars". There are 9 cars
that have air brakes but only three numbers. This
kind of system gets complicated. I gave your the
proper numbers.
At that moment the speed was 20 mph, by the way.
