I never said the Pullman Standard 10-5 was a "stand in" for the NP/SP
Cascade 10-6 Pullman car. I was asking if there was a photograph of the
prototype
car that is better than the only one I have that doesn't show if there's that
small window next to the vestibule that PRR seemed to have in many of the
post war cars. The Walthers car is a PRR prototype right down to the twin
cleat
line below the windows.
>From the Walthers photograph you can not tell if the model painted in the
NCL Lowey paint has the cleat line or not. Since I've never seen the actual
model I can't say for sure... but this model would be a good starting place
for
the only two 10-6's the NP owned.
