[CBQ] Close but no cigar

The December issue of "Railfan & Railroad" has a photo of an Alco  
HH660 sitting on display outside Relco in Albia IA, beautifully  
painted in CB&Q switcher colors. Unfortunately the Q never owned a HH  
of any sort, the engine itself is ex-EJ&E, but it sure looks nice!  My  
guess is that they picked the colors because the Q served Albia.
