[CBQ] Jacksonville, Illinois Tower

I'm a Wabash modeler but would like info on the Jacksonville, Illinois 
Tower.

I understand the Wabash crossed the Burlington and GM&O here.

How many levers did the tower have? (I'm assuming that it used 
Armstrong levers.)
