**** ATTENTION BRHS MEMBERS & OTHER CB&Q FANS ****
The BRHS Annual Meeting team has worked a special deal with AMTRAK for a
reduced fare of only $32.50 to ride Amtrak’s Illinois Zephyr from Chicago to
Macomb for the September BRHS Annual Meet!!!
We will meet at Union Station Thursday afternoon, September 25th to ride to
Macomb and will return from Macomb Sunday morning the 28th.
PLEASE NOTE that at this time, this special fare will be available ONLY to
the FIRST FIFTY reservations!!! If we receive more than 50 we will
negotiate with Amtrak to try to increase this number, but we cannot make any
promises this will happen.
With today’s gas prices, this is an offer you shouldn’t ignore. Also let
those who do not have Internet access know about this deal!
To take advantage of this great fare, send each person’s name for ticketing,
and a check (payable to the BRHS) for $32.50 per person to:
