Looking at the BRHS "Freight car data sheet" on CB&Q USRA Double
Sheathed Boxcars put out some years ago. The CB&Q never rebuilt them
with steel sides, the only change was adding a fascia strip on the sides
and a second grab iron on the left side. They were retired in the late
40's early 50's. They had 5-5-5 ends and fishbelly underframe.
HO models: Westerfield does a resin kit, and Accurail does it in
plastic (no fascia strip but has second grab).
