Did a search and found very old posts about possible models of them
in the previous century, and newer posts seem to deal with just paint
and color scheme issues.

Where does a newly- born " Qfan " find such a waycar these days?
Planning my retirement layout and gotta gotta have one.

1) Old brass? Nothing on Ebay right now...

2) Kitbash? I feel comfortable doing most anything with styrene and
bits and pieces, is there an article (plans) about such a project in
HO?

3) Borrow one? Get back into the deep inner recesses of Bill Hirt's
layout and stuff one in the pants?

*** Saw in the July MR about a Wabash (?) hack with slanted cupola
sides coming out soon in HO....looks like it might work as a starting
point? ***

Any thoughts appreciated, especially about plans and suitable photos
for 'bashing one.
